Rental Management Services

DRM offers an array of rental management and maintenance services to relieve you of the burden, time and responsibility of property ownership.   Our vast experience is put to work for you to optimize your investment property success!  Professional property management is the smart choice and worry-free option for the busy or less than experienced property owner.

Unit Rental & Tenant Search

DRM's personnel will determine and suggest market-bearing rental amounts through a comparable market analysis and property inspection.  Factors such as square footage, number of bedroom(s) / bath(s) and other amenities help establish fair market value.

DRM will market, advertise and show your property to prospective lessees.  Applicants are:

  • screened and evaluated,
  • given a comprehensive credit review,
  • investigated for employment and references, and
  • placed under an "ability to pay" calculation. 

For your protection, we use our time-tested custom written lease agreement.

Property Management & Maintenance

DRM's management assures that regular site inspections will be conducted.  Unlike other traditional rental management program that may inspect your property only at "move-in" and "move-out" time, our system doesn't leave your important investment matters to chance.

DRM's skilled maintenance staff provides an array of services including unit painting, repairs, cleaning and other "make ready" requirements. In addition they respond to emergency needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Accounting Services

DRM handles all the bookkeeping and necessary administration services on your behalf for you.  These include:

  • the collection of all rents and security deposits.
  • the issuance of late notices and follow-up contact to facilitate collection.
  • the production of a monthly-itemized statement of all financial transactions.
Management Fees

DRM's rates are very competitive and reflect industry standards.  A rental fee is charged for marketing and tenant solicitation, as required.  Thereafter a monthly management charge applies. One of our goals is to keep your property occupied and generating revenue, as such, there is no management charge during any vacancy period.
